Sarota spicata

Uncommon(?) up to 600 m. Males display in open areas in the morning. Sexes are similar on V; male lacks orange border DHW.

Similar species: Similarly tailed Sarota species are not as dark generally on V, and have long silver dashes near VFW apex.

Similar species: S. completa lacks long blue streaks at VFW apex; in S. miranda (I have no Cusco records) the inner of these streaks is unbroken, unlike in S. gyas.
