Lemonias egaensis
Fairly common 600(lower?)-1050 m. Attracted to bait; especially females. In Ecuador, males perch territorially at forest edges in the afternoon.
Similar species: L. zygia (I have no Cusco records; it probably doesn't occur but is possible in remote lowland areas) is very similar; I'm not confident separating the two species.
