Paraspiculatus orobia
Uncommon up to 1100 m. Attracted to bait.
Similar species: See P. colombiensis. No other Paraspiculatus has such extensive blue VFW.
Paraspiculatus colombiensis
Uncommon up to 1050 m. Attracted to bait.
Similar species: Has HW tails, unlike P. orobia, but they frequently break off; colombiensis also lacks extensive blue VFW. P. cosmo (I have no Cusco records; it could occur at higher elevation than colombiensis) has the outer white patch VFW closer to the inner white patch, and further from the apex, than colombiensis.
